He published Puentes que no acaban, one of his most beautiful poetry books for its typography and content, in the printing house of his dear friends, Concha Méndez and Manuel Altolaguirre,

Malaga Museum.The Board of Cultural Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs sent Moreno Villa to Buenos Aires as its official representative to a major exhibition on the Spanish Book in July. He gave a lecture on "The art styles of the Spanish book", a visual journey from the medieval codices to the present. In Buenos Aires, he reconnected with his old friend Amado Alonso, who looked after him during the month and a half that he spent there and organized for him a series of activities. He gave lectures on architecture at the Architectural Society of Buenos Aires, and at the PEN Club of Argentina, where he also held a small exhibition of his drawings. He met Victoria Ocampo, who would publish his “Paisajes líricos a punta seca” in the periodical Sur. Back in Spain, he participated in the Salón de Otoño exhibition at the Palacio del Buen Retiro, in the gallery dedicated to the "Grupo Constructivo,” with Joaquín Torres García, who was living in Madrid, as curator.
