Besides libraries, the missioners left in some of the villages a gramophone and a collection of records, selected by Óscar-Esplá, which were renewed from time to time. The material was entrusted to the teacher. The missionaries introduced the music with comments about the genre and the composer. The Patronato published a collection of records, including four songs by the People’s Choir.
