This book presents, in chronological order, the three correspondents of Chilean poet Vicente Huidobro, theoretician and disseminator of “creacionismo”, ”Guillermo de la Torre, Gerardo Diego and Juan Larrea, during the 1920´s. The letters clearly show two important connections: the strong, personal and literary bond among Huidobro and his disciples, Diego and Larrea, a perfect triangle; and also the brief, but distressing quarrel between the neophyte, de la Torre, and his former teacher, obsessed with defending his paternity of “creacionismo” against Pierre Reverdy´s claims.
There are 140 letters (32 Diego, 73 Huidobro, 28 Larrea and 18 de Torre), 122 of which were unpublished.
